At Le Roc there is an all-weather table tennis table, which can be floodlit when used in the hanger, along with a basketball net and a 12ft trampoline. For the youngsters there are a climbing frame, swings and a sandpit.

The "Base de Loisirs Vere Grésigne" leisure complex is just 2 miles from Le Roc. It has a swimming lake with a water slide and life guard, a boating lake with pedalos and canoes, and a fishing lake. There are two hard tennis courts, crazy golf, a play area for toddlers, a football pitch and a restaurant/bar. Le Roc is a paradise for both walkers and cyclists. It is situated on the GR46 and is close to where the GR46 joins the GR36. For cyclists, the quiet roads, beautiful scenery and picturesque villages all make this an excellent area to explore on two wheels.

As well as all the surrounding GR-de-Pays which link the two main walking routes, the nearby Grésigne forest is laced with paths and tracks for walking, cycling and horse riding.

For those who enjoy water sports, why not canoe downstream through the Aveyron Gorge and get the transfer bus back to your car? Depending on your energy levels, there are various places to start from and various pick-up points along the way!

Cap’Découverte is a disused, open-cast mine which has become a "gravity theme park". There are many exciting "rides" to the bottom of the old mine, including skiing, go-carting, mountain biking, rail car, aerial wire and water slides. There is also a water-skiing lake at the bottom.

Golf. 

With in a 45 minute drive of Le Roc there are 4 golfing  options. Near Gaillac there is a driving range and 6 hole course at Aiguelese, and also an 18 hole  value option at Florentin . For serious golfers' there is a nice course  in Albi at Lasbordes . Towards Toulouse there is the quality option at  Palmola which is one of the top ten courses in France.

Tarzan

For the energetic there is LE CRI DE TARZAN which is a tree top adventure of nets, wires slides, tree houses all fully supervised. There are tamer options so everybody can participate.

Go Karting

Go Karting. Albi  karting  is an indoor circuit of 400 mts and is great fun. Will you get near the lap record ?

Riding

Riding There are two stables near by which provide for most levels from being lead on a Shetland pony for the youngsters to lessons in the arena or trekking through the countryside.Link to  Ferme Equestre.  
For the experienced  rider there is a local guide who will provide a fine horse and accompany you along the numerous (off road) routes. This is by special arrangement only. Please enquire for further details.

Cycling

This is a great area for biking for both on and off road.
This is a sparsely populated area with little traffic and  there are thousands of kilometres of minor roads which wind their way through small villages and beautiful scenery. This makes for idyllic cycling
All the tracks and paths which make the area so good for horse riding and walking are  fantastic for off road cycling. There is also  the Gresigne  forest   which is a further 35 square kilometres of forest with marked tracks and paths.
All types of bike can be hired locally in Gaillac or Albi.
