The Farmhouse

Large traditional farmhouse for up to 10 people

The Farmhouse at Le Roc accommodates up to ten people. The white-stone building, typical of the area, has been carefully restored to retain its original character and features.

The Farmhouse ground floor comprises a sitting room, a dining room, a kitchen and a utility room. There is also a WC, a large 5th bedroom and a separate bathroom. The rooms are spacious and luxuriously furnished with traditional decor. A dishwasher, a washing machine, a freezer, English TV and a CD player have all been provided. There is also a broadband internet connection.

There is a large, shared pool measuring 16m x 6m with an infinity wall and saline system. Set into the hillside, the pool enjoys a tranquil and secluded position away from the accommodation, with stunning views across the valley of the River Vere and Grésigne Forest. There is a changing room with a WC and washbasin.

The area conforms to current pool regulations for child safety with a surrounding wall and gates specifically designed for this purpose. The wall runs down the hill until it is below eye level so the spectacular view remains unaffected.

Le Roc has breathtaking panoramic views in all directions across its 50 acres of grounds and farmland.

Booking procedures

To Book

1. Please check the availability of your preferred accommodation on our Availability Chart.
2.Please contact us by email us using the Availability Enquiry Form or by telephone on (00 33) (0)5 63 40 53 15.

3. To confirm the booking, we ask for a non-returnable 25% deposit and a signed Booking Form (you can click here to download a PDF version of the Booking Form, or ask us to send you one).
4. The balance must be paid not less than eight weeks before the start date of your holiday.
5. There is a security deposit of £100 for Cottage rental, £150 for Barn rental & £250 for Farmhouse rental.
6. Cheques should be made payable to "R C Stubbs".

Off peak rental options

For much of the year we will consider different start and finish days and part week rentals e.g. a 4 or 10 day rental.

We charge on a pro rata basis, so if a week costs £700 that is £100/ night so 10 nights would be £1000 and 4 nights would be £400.

During high season we rent from Saturday to Saturday.
