From the village of Castelnau de montmiral

1. When you arrive at Castelnau-de-Montmiral, there is a mini roundabout below the wall of the village.
   
   
2. At the mini roundabout take the D4 (signposted "Le Verdier") and continue for approximately 800yds.
   
   
3. Turn left at a minor turning signposted "Le Roc".
   
   
4. Continue for approximately 600yds to the end of the track to arrive at Le Roc.
