The Barn

Le Roc's traditional white-stone Barn has been recently restored and converted. The Barn can accommodate up to six people. Garden furniture and a barbecue have been provided for outdoor dining. Guests can absorb the beautiful surroundings whilst sitting on the balcony or relaxing in the shade of the large covered porch.

The Barn has an open-plan sitting/dining/kitchen area with patio doors opening directly onto a shady porch and a separate balcony. The Barn has been equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, a TV, a CD player and a broadband internet connection.

Booking procedures

To Book

1. Please check the availability of your preferred accommodation on our Availability Chart.
2. Please contact us by email us using the Availability Enquiry Form or by telephone on (00 33) (0)5 63 40 53 15.

3. To confirm the booking, we ask for a non-returnable 25% deposit and a signed Booking Form (you can click here to download a PDF version of the Booking Form, or ask us to send you one).
4. The balance must be paid not less than eight weeks before the start date of your holiday.
5. There is a security deposit of £100 for Cottage rental, £150 for Barn rental & £250 for Farmhouse rental.
6. Cheques should be made payable to "R C Stubbs".

Off peak rental options

For much of the year we will consider different start and finish days and part week rentals e.g. a 4 or 10 day rental.

We charge on a pro rata basis, so if a week costs £700 that is £100/ night so 10 nights would be £1000 and 4 nights would be £400.

During high season we rent from Saturday to Saturday.

We are flexible so please ask!
